I am a 23
year old fine arts student who is majoring in printmaking and photography.
I find
myself interested in exploring all aspects of photography and printmaking and
using them as a means of self-expression.
i am
forever learning from myself and others.
Using photography
as a means of self-expression, i am currently completing my advance
diploma in fine arts, majoring in photo media and printmaking.
I'm
especially interested in the photography of water and enjoys challenging
herself with different scenes.
Whether
it be a frozen object, still water beads on a person's face, or turning a
simple portrait of someone’s neck into a flowing landscape, i enjoy creating
complex images.
Through
studying i have discovered parts of the practice and myself that i never knew
existed. i hope to become a practicing artist and will continue to exhibit me
works.
"Kelly
has a way of capturing personality in a single shot. She photographs
people in their own environment because she understands the importance of their
context, she's curious of where they have been and imagines where they hope to
go.
The
images shown create an intimate conversation that takes the viewer to a
place of quiet contemplation."
